After completing sending out this email, you will receive an automated email from us acknowledging receipt of your request or inquiry. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 days. We will review your request, verify your identity, and respond to your inquiry or request within 45 days unless additional time is required. If additional time is required, we will notify you by email or letter and may take an additional 45 days to respond to your request.
